These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders which you, the customer (“you” or “your”) place on this website www.villandryhampers.co.uk (“Website”) operated by us, Villandry Foodstore Restaurant Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
This legal notice applies to the entire contents of this Website and to any correspondence between us and you. Please read these terms carefully before using this Website. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless whether or not you decide to purchase from us.
If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please make us aware of any problems with your picnic on the day of collection. Complaints received after this time cannot necessarily be refunded.
Customer Service
Our customer service telephone number is 020 7631 3131 (option 4). The telephone number is operated from Mondays to Fridays from 9.00am to 6.00pm GMT. You may leave a message out of hours and we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Cancellations can be received up until 14 days prior to the collection date of your picnic. A full refund will be issued. Cancellations within this time cannot be refunded.
Please note there is no refund policy in case of an early curtailment due to weather or other causes.

We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Some of the items available to purchase from this Website contain intoxicating liquor. When you place an order for an alcoholic product using this Website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
